The busbar drawings of CAD or SolidWorks software are directly imported into the CNC program on the visual operation interface. The operator sets up the processing program without any operation. After that, select the appropriate bending mold for trial processing, check the processing quality, and ensure that the bending angle and radius meet the design requirements.
After the trial run is confirmed to be correct, the formal batch processing can be started. Start the CNC busbar bending machine and automatically complete all bending operations according to the program. During the processing, the operator should always monitor the working status of the machine to ensure that everything is normal.
