Our 3 in 1 busbar machine consists of a bending unit, a punching unit and a cutting unit. Each unit is equipped with an independent hydraulic drive system, allowing 3 people to operate simultaneously. The bending unit uses a Siemens PLC system, which supports automatic operation of various busbar bending modes such as L-shaped, Z-shaped and U-shaped, with an error range of ±0.3°. It is equipped with R3, R5, R10 and R80 bending dies to achieve different busbar bending processes. What are the functions of 3 in 1 busbar machine?
3 in 1 busbar machine, also called busbar bending, punching and cutting machine, has the functions of bending, punching and cutting, and allows copper busbar or aluminum busbar to be cut, bent and punched at the same time. In order to meet the requirements of different customers’ busbar processing technology, each of our equipment is equipped with 5 sets bending dies, 8 sets punching dies, 1 set embossing dies and 1 set cutting dies as standard. Operators can easily replace different busbar dies to achieve rapid conversion between different production requirements and different busbar processing technologies.

How to use 3 in 1 busbar machine?
First, ensure that the correct busbar mold is selected. Then, three operators will simultaneously operate the busbar bending unit, punching unit, and cutting unit to achieve busbar bending, punching, and cutting. The bending unit selects the bending mode through the HIM panel, sets the bending angle parameters, and manually determines the bending position with the help of the scale line to perform the bending. The punching unit confirms the busbar punching position by manually calibrating the scale line and performs the punching. The cutting unit manually adjusts the length regulator to determine the length for cutting.
Tips: If you have sufficient budget and want to process complex busbars, we recommend that you purchase the upgraded 3 in 1 busbar machine (click to learn more). The 3 operating units have added servo stoppers, and the busbar processing position is determined by automatic positioning and calibration through the PLC system instead of the original manual calibration and positioning, which ensures the busbar processing accuracy while improving the busbar production efficiency.
In principle, the punching capacity of the same specification of punching die in different models of equipment is also different. For example, the punching capacity of Φ13 is different in different models of equipment. Even so, we still recommend that the thickness of the punching busbar should not exceed the specification value of the punching die, for example, the maximum punching thickness of the Φ7 punching die is 6mm.

The bending error is controlled within ±1º, ensuring the accuracy of the busbar bending angle and greatly improving the busbar bending production efficiency.
If your busbar processing technology requirements are high and complex, we recommend that you install servo stoppers for the three working units to achieve automatic positioning of the length or width position of busbar bending, punching and cutting processing, without manual calibration of the busbar processing position, to achieve full CNC automatic operation.
