On the morning of April 23, the Secretary of the Changqing District Committee led a team to visit our company to investigate and guide the manufacturing of CNC busbar machines. Founded in 2005, MAC is a professional manufacturer of high-end CNC busbar processing machines integrating R&D, production and sales. As of now, the company has 95 employees, of which the R&D team accounts for 13%, with an annual output value of over 150 million yuan, and has maintained a compound growth rate of 35% for 6 consecutive years. The company focuses on the “intelligent manufacturing” strategy and independently develops a variety of CNC busbar processing equipment. The products cover busbar punching and shearing, busbar bending, warehousing and other series, which are widely used in power, rail transit, new energy and other fields. Some technologies have reached the domestic leading level. The market share of core products ranks among the top 3 in the country, and is exported to 26 countries and regions including Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, etc., and has obtained 15 national patents, including 8 invention patents and 7 software copyrights. During the investigation, the person in charge of the company gave a detailed introduction to the company’s development history, core technology advantages and market layout, and demonstrated the efficient production process and intelligent management system of CNC busbar processing machines, which were unanimously recognized by the investigation team.

The research team went deep into the company’s production workshop, observed the assembly and debugging process of MX602K-8C CNC busbar machine, and asked in detail about the equipment performance, process flow and production cycle. At the Technology R&D Center, the secretary listened carefully to the company’s report on technological innovation, talent introduction and industry-university-research cooperation: In 2024, the company’s R&D investment reached 45 million yuan, accounting for 35% of revenue, and jointly built a joint laboratory with Qilu University of Technology and CNC Manufacturing Research Institute, and solved 6 industry technical problems. In response to the policy support and industrial chain supporting needs raised by the company, the research team worked on-site and required relevant departments to formulate targeted solutions to fully support the company to become bigger and stronger.

At the research symposium, the district party secretary highly affirmed the development achievements of our company in recent years. He emphasized that intelligent manufacturing is an important engine to promote the transformation and upgrading of the regional economy. The district party committee and government will focus on supporting enterprises in technological research, talent introduction and cultivation, market expansion, and implement tax incentives, technical transformation subsidies and other policies to help enterprises seize the commanding heights of industry development. It is hoped that enterprises will strengthen their confidence, continue to improve the core competitiveness of their products, strive to achieve an output value of 500 million yuan by the end of the “14th Five-Year Plan”, and drive the development of regional intelligent manufacturing industry clusters.

Liu, chairman of our company, said that with the support of the district party committee and government, the company will achieve a revenue of 150 million yuan in 2024, a year-on-year increase of 35%. In the future, it will increase R&D investment in intelligent control systems, digital factories and other fields, and plans to add 4 automated production lines to build a “provincial-level intelligent manufacturing demonstration factory” within three years. At the same time, it will deepen cooperation with Qilu University of Technology, cultivate high-end technical talents, strive to become an internationally leading CNC busbar processing machine solution provider, and make greater contributions to the high-quality economic and social development of Changqing District.
