The busbar automatic loading and unloading system is an industrial system equipment specially used for efficient and automatic processing of busbars (usually copper or aluminum bars). The core function is to automatically complete the loading (loading) and unloading (unloading) operations of the busbar in the busbar processing production line (busbar punching, cutting, bending, etc.). In layman’s terms, it is the “busbar carrier” in the busbar processing process, completely replacing the manual handling and loading and unloading links. The busbar automatic loading and unloading device consists of a raw material storage area, a loading device, an unloading device and a control system. The stacking rack/silo is designed according to different busbar specifications, and generally has 30-50 raw material bins. The control system accurately controls the vacuum suction cup to pick up a single busbar from the material distribution mechanism to load or unload the busbar.
